"Thank you to all of my teachers and to the living traditions that I'm able to share with others. Love & Gratitude!"

Shivoham.
Yogini. Artist. Author.
I teach nondual Tantra Shaivism wisdom rooted in the Trika and Sakta traditions. My teacher of eleven years was the late meditation master Sally Kempton (Swami Durgananda) in the lineage of Siddha Gurus. I received permission from Sally to share her wisdom. Today, I mentor and teach with preeminent Sakta scholar-Yogini Madhu Khanna (author of The Tantric Way & Yantra) of the Tantra Foundation in India.
I am known for creating sacred healing, creative-expressive and meditative spaces. A part of my background is in yoga therapy and I am certified in Integrative Yoga. I have a B.A in Visual Studio Arts from Whitman College in the United States. I am an active artist and writer. I'm co-author of the forthcoming women's spiritual memoir When She Wake: Women's Stories of Kundalini Awakening. I guide meditation and yoga mountain backpacking pilgrimages around the world and am the creator of Ashram of Arts working in collaboration with the Tantra Foundation, along with being the co-creator of Devidance Yoga with Ganga Devi in Brazil.
In my early 30s I was diagnosed with severe functional scoliosis brought on by hard work and play and a late-in-life diagnosis of gluten intolerance. I spent nine years in dedicated Hatha Yoga practice, self-directed Yoga Therapy, with meditation and breathwork realigning my spine thus curing multiple other life issues. Doors to the spirit radically opened in the process. I'd started meditating in my mid-20s yet it was the serious structural issue that solidily put me on the inward journey that eventually delivered me to the nondual Tantra Shaiva path.
Today, nondaul Tantra Shaivism informs and infuses everything I guide and teach.
